Chevrolet is not only popular with its customers but also in the industry! Most recently, Chevrolet led the J.D. Power Initial Quality Study with five of its vehicles.
It’s not the first year Chevy has beat out other automakers in the J.D. Power Initial Quality Study. It’s actually the automaker’s fourth consecutive year winning more awards than anyone else!
“The study results will help attract new buyers to Chevrolet, as J.D. Power data shows ‘expected reliability’ is customers’ top purchase consideration for a new vehicle,” said Alan Batey, Global Chevrolet president.
So what exactly did Chevrolet take home? Four different segment awards
Chevrolet Silverado – Full-Size Truck
Chevrolet Equinox – Compact SUV
Chevrolet Tahoe – Large SUV
Chevrolet Spark – City Car
The vehicles are graded on a points system that evaluates problems experienced by owners during the first 90 Days of ownership. Those with the highest points win their segment. The Chevrolet Spark especially dominated the city car segment, with a score that was 48 points higher than the segment average.
There’s a reason Chevrolet is one of the most reliable brands out there. Check out these segment winners today at Hawk Joliet!
